Shipping Policy
The products are produced upon your order. The first step after you placed your order is to confirm your finger size. We will send you a ring size guide and you will select the correct size from the set. The ring size guide will be yours for future use. After you select your finger size, you will send us your finger size with the order number from the contact link on our web page. Upon we are informed with the size and colors, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and you have to respond with approval. After that, your rings will arrive to your delivery address between 8 and 10 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
The rings you have ordered, will be customized according to your size and color selection. We are sorry that we can not refund the full price of the rings. The only refund you can get will be the raw gold price. This is calculated by the current metal price multiplied by the weight of the rings. The workmanship and shipping costs can not be returned. In addition a %25 reprocessing fee will be deducted from the calculated raw gold price. This is the process fee to convert your rings back to raw gold.
